The smell can of course be avoided by sitting inside the restaurant, which is what we did. I do not mind ocean smell, but fishy smell I do mind, and today it was fishy smell. Stepping out of my car I then realized there was also a drawback to it’s location, the smell.

One benefit of the Scuttlebutt Restaurant and Pub is it’s location, right near the ocean, giving you a nice view.

Sorry Amy to call you out like that, but girl, you’re kinda crazy! Ocean views from Scuttlebutt Brewing Everett Washington I looked in my rear-view mirror to see what sort of person would be causing such a commotion, only to recognize the car AND the crazy person driving it. I had arrived to Scuttlebutt and just as I was pulling off the main road this crazy person behind me started honking and flashing their headlights at me. It was a Friday night and traffic can sometimes be a pain as I had already experienced on the drive up to Everett on the I-5. I arrived at the Scuttlebutt Restaurant wondering how long I would have to wait before Amy would arrive as she was commuting from Seattle. I would stay with her for the weekend, which was not only great to catch up with my friend, but also helped spread the word about my dog treat business to Western Washington. I was traveling from Idaho to Washington for a dog treat show last summer that happened to be near Amy’s home. Most likely it was not a coincidence as we both like beer, so when my friend Amy suggested meeting at Scuttlebutt Restaurant and Pub in Everett Washington, I was delighted with her suggestion. It is funny when you are friends with someone and you have not seen them in awhile, and then when you do meet up, without even discussing it, they suggest to meet at the same place that you were going to suggest meeting up at before you can say “let’s meet here”.
